Go-To Green Smoothie

1 cup ice (about 8 ice cubes)

1 medium or large banana

1 cup spinach or kale, packed

1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I love Justin's Maple Almond Butter)

1 cup milk of your choice (my preference is almond milk)

2 medjool dates (optional) 


All ingredients to a blender until smooth.
