Go To Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ice (about 8 ice cubes)

  • 1 medium or large banana

  • 1 cup spinach or kale, packed

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I love Justin's Maple Almond Butter)

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (my preference is almond milk)

  • 2 medjool dates (optional) 

INSTRUCTIONS

All ingredients to a blender until smooth.
