Hemingway Daquiri
Ingredients
2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (1 grapefruit squeezes ~3/4 cup, so plenty!)
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
